Drinking weak alcohol or vinegar instead improves the odds.

By the way, populations consuming a lot of those live longer.

Introducing fermented food in one’s regime balances it all.

Thus, fermented cheese, pickles, Sauerkraut and similar are of utmost importance. (Probiotics)

Fibers (Prebiotics) are the main support for such ferments and prevent also adenocarcinoma of the large bowel.
