Rest and sufficient sleep are essential for our daily function.

Sleeping disorders are more and more prevalent in our busy and chaotic society.

Only rare individuals have not suffered thus in one way or the other.

This problematic becomes especially frequent with advancing life.

Sleeping medicine is one of most prescribed and over-the-counter product.

Stress, sedentary life and eating habits are main promoters.

Regular physical activity can not only improve many of those cases, but can be applied as a natural cure for sleeping disorders.
