“We may achieve climate, but weather is thrust upon us.”
O’Henry (American Writer, 1862-1910).
Snoring is most frequent manifestation of inefficient sleep at night.
It is a constant characteristic of our sedentary population above 50, and sometimes even above 40.
The result of this feature is daytime sleepiness, interfering with daily tasks.
Be it car accidents, medical errors, or inadaptation and consequently increased stress at your working place:
– All this can be improved substantially by better sleep at night!
I propose two of my booklets, which would help you correcting this issue.

You lye down on your back and you lift up your head, then you move it from left to right and reverse without rotating it.
