Strength training, as proposed by advertising authorities, ends-up frequently with joint injuries and ailments.
Some practitioners of sports find a way out of this dilemma all by themselves.
Others, more numerous, quit the gym.
There are methods, which obviate this issue, and permit to continue exercise, even in advanced age.
My booklet describes one of these methods, not yet known to public, as I was unable to find a description of this way of training in dedicated literature.
