Tremendous advance in new techniques in Medicine has not only positive sides. Some facts of old get lost in this huge amount of information, which practitioners are supposed to master. Another trend in Modernity is lowering costs, which opposes first one. Thus, I tried to bring back from forgetfulness old material, and added some personal experience to it, acquired with inexpensive tools of investigation. To my knowledge a similar publication was lacking for nowadays physicians.
