Chronic Sinusitis
I started my studies in medicine 50 years ago.
Suffering from a deviation of the nasal septum, I had to be operated, because of sleep apnea syndrome.
Unfortunately, supports in the nose were left too long, with resulting chronic inflammation of para-nasal sinuses over the years.
But I must say on discharge of the HNO doctor who did the intervention, that my breathing during the night was much better.
Hence, I had to consult this time for a different problem.
The HNO laughed at me this time, saying I was all right.
A handful of green pus in the morning was not a consultation reason for him!
So, I swallowed tons of antibiotics, but my cough got only worse.
At last, it was our cleaning woman Maruja from South America who healed me.
And you would laugh, with lemon juice!
Years later, this time retired, I experience on and off a prolongated cough resulting from the same issue.
So, I am refining my therapy over the years.
There remains a fragility of para-nasal mucosa.
A long time ago, I saw lung images of patients with oily pneumonitis, trying to treat dryness of nasal mucosa.
Obviously, this was not the right solution!
You can strengthen para-nasal mucosa in another way.
You rub your eyebrows with vegetal oil, containing essential fatty acids.
Then you spread it gently over the eyelids.
In a while, a tiny bit of it enters the eyes.
You lye down for a good moment and your tears bring the solution in contact with para-nasal mucosa.
This way you will not suffer oily pneumonitis!
