Running nose, this disorder almost unknown in summer exploses during winter months.

Virulent viruses, especially Rhinoviruses are culprits. But this is probably not the only one facet!

Respiratory and gastro-intestinal tracts represent anterior and posterior buds of endoderm.

Thus, intestinal flora occupies also a central position.

Here we should notice that during the warm season decay is everywhere, which is much less of an issue during cold months.

Food is also stored in fridges.

Adjoining living ferments to our dish helps a lot against this ailment, as for instance vinegar, pickles, yoghurt, cheese, sauerkraut…

Most potent appears Sauerkraut brine! Beware it is a stroong laxative!

Good hydration alleviates symptoms.

Such a measure fluidifyies secretions, and thus permits swallowing them, which is much more efficient in activating the immune system, than blowing them out.

Further mucosal swelling is relieved, allowing breathing through the nose again.
