Basal metabolic rate (BMR) determines almost all diseases and health.

High in childhood, it abates with advancing age, plummeting in elderly people.

Hence, also most illnesses are rare in children and common in adults.

Organs with highest BMR are the brain, heart, kidneys and liver, while the body fat organ displays the lowest one.

If you observe youngsters, you will see that they are constantly active, while older ones are less and less moving.

Thus, physical exercise is proposed by specialists to enhance BMR.

Also, reducing white fat and increasing brown one is a useful advice. You can do this with exposure to cold.

You can favor brain activity by every exercise, being physical or mental. Enough sleep is also important.

A quarter of an hour of Cardio-training 2-3 times per week maintains high cardiac activity.

Drinking at least 2-3 liters of liquid every day has a similar effect on the kidneys.

Fasting, as for instance, intermittent one, jumping the morning meal, maintains the liver in shape.

Curcumine also stimulates liver enzymes.

(Nutrition is essential for the whole organism. Intermittent fasting is valuable as it debulks fatty liver and permits ketone bodies to nourish the nervous system.

Essential Fatty Acids (EFA) are crucial also for the heart, as they give substrate for the huge amount of membranes of its numerous mitochondrias.

Drinking enough prevents not only kidney stones and sustains BMR.)

Body fat is considered nowadays as an organ on itself, with different functions, taking a toll on the whole organism, and with the lowest basal metabolic rate (BMR) of all, engaging in a vicious circle when exuberant. 

Newly generated fat cells are brown fat. Those have a fast BMR and consume fatty acids. 

Every cell in the organism has a limited survival span and needs renewal. 

Old fat reserves are mostly white fat, with a slow BMR. 

BMR is highest in the head and lowest in the legs. Exercising those last ones increases BMR of the whole body, Cardio expanding this one for 2-3 days, while Strength-Training- for almost a week.

The Sun

Its energy is the essence of all growth on Earth.

It is more ancient than our planet, which is considered even to be a fragment of it, ripped from it by a huge asteroid.

People of Ancient Egypt and Americas in Antiquity were considering it to be God, and Modern Christianism calls God, The Father “Sun of Righteousness” or “Sun of Justice” and Jesus, The Christ “Sun of Wisdom”, or “Light of Wisdom”.  

Many secrets remain hidden in its enormous mass. Native Americans were calling it “Our Brother” and would consider to bee exposed naked to its rays. They were calling with contempt invaders “pale faces”.

The day they were locked up in “Reserves” started their decline. Living in wooden barracks and clothed like the colons, they were slaughtered more by infectious diseases of white men, than by the hand of those ones.

Thus, sun baths unfold an essential antimicrobial action. It is well known since almost one century that production of vitamin D depends on UV irradiation.

The substitution of this one prevents skeletal growth disorders, but by no way infectious diseases.

Since more than 50 years Swiss scientists pointed at stimulation of the Hypophyseal-Suprarenal axis by light. (Augenheilkunde, Hollwich).

This is by no way the only matter to be discussed, and not only arousal, but also enhancing metabolism is the result of sunbaths.

Recently interest of medical community was turned toward “brown fat”. This one serves at suppressing shivering and consumes “white fat”.

It is characterized by high Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR).

All new fat is brown, but young cells need Essential Fatty Acids (EFA) to reproduce.

Exposure of skin to sun rays, more so in a cold environment, stimulates subcutaneous brown fat production.

Tuberculosis is treated nowadays with antibiotics, at the beginning of 20th century physicians discovered the positive effects of sunbaths and were treating patients in Sanatoriums (high mountain Clinics in Switzerland, for instance).

Some evidence points to the fact that exposition of our skin to sun rays prevents the intra- cellular penetration and growth of pathogens (Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Ureaplasma, the Mycobacterias, – and in similarity probably the Helicobacter pylori, and Staphlococcus aureus…)

Recent evidence points to the higher prevalence of some cancers (Prostate Carcinoma) with high-dose, long-term Vitamin D therapy.

This is by no way to be feared with sunbaths (Avoid sunburn- Melanomas!).

As in African people, skin becomes darker, with a tan, and production of vitamin D abates, but by no way effect on BMR.

Black objects absorb light of the visible spectrum, while white ones reflect it. Infrared rays are less absorbed by dark color, and more by bright ones, while ultraviolet ones are less by first and more by second.

Hence, the visible spectrum is probably most important for level of BMR.

Airway companies count 2-4 kg more bodyweight per passenger in winter than in summer.

Our comfortable life in warm homes and thick clothes when we go outside is responsible for putting on white fat during the bad season.

Also, BMR rate abates, while it enhances with more ray’s exposure.

Sun baths prolongate and deepen sleep.

On the other hand, they reduce sebum secretion, and with this fat expenditure of the organism.

The Universes

According to Scripture the World was Created by God through His Christ (The Word) out of Bara, which means Nothing.

This could be understood as an Infinity of opposite Forces, which in our Universe manifest as Light and Darkness.

It could be thus that an Infinity of Universes coexist, but are not only invisible, but also intangible to one another, and being supported by an infinity of different Energies, in each one manifesting, as in ours as Light and Darkness.

Hence, the stars are objects of the first, while Black Holes of the second, the previous ones emit energy while last ones absorb it.

It is possible that stars in our Universe are Black Holes in all other ones (all other dimensions), and thus the opposite would apply for light and darkness.
