Lead and cement walls have been used as protection since ever.

Our interest in nuclear plants has been turned only towards heat production.

I wonder whether there is not an alternative to this method to generate electricity.

Solar panels are being spread all over the Globe.

In future there would be perhaps a discovery of other materials than Silicium, which will allow transformation of ionizing radiation in electrical power.

Radiation is but one kind of energy and humans have become ingenious in converting other forms of energy from one to another.

I wonder whether converting radiation into electricity would allow an efficient exploitation of it.

It is for instance well known that charcoal absorbs quite a lot of it. Would this be the material for such panels?

During an invasion of his island, he destroyed enemy’s vessels by burning them with reflection of solar light.

Humanity has been constructing mirrors for many centuries, though the plans of his ones were lost.

In nuclear plants engineers have been concentrating efforts at absorbing emitted radiation, but not at reflection of this.

I wonder whether in future our children will be able to conceive such mirrors.

How about gold or its alloy with a back panel of Carbon?

Or did experimentation in such direction already start?
