All life on our planet proceeds from our star.

Thus, it is not astonishing the place in our health it takes.

Without it our bones become brittle and weak.

Our whole body is suffering if in deficit of it.

Its function is central for protecting us from infectious diseases.

The Covid pandemic took such a huge toll on Earth’s population to a big part because most people are lacking this essential part of life.

Exposition to sun rays balances the whole organism.

Internal hormones and amines (adrenalin, noradrenalin, serotonin…) unfold a more pondered effect. Vasomotor stability!

External influences, like food and open aggressions to our body become moderate.

Surrounding heat is better tolerated, and in the same way all other factors releasing histamine, which is a strong vasodilator.

Insect stings and bites, for instance.

The skin becomes touch and resilient.

Sebaceous glands produce less fat, while sweat ones – less liquid.

With time, body expenditure turns lower.

Greasy hair becomes silkier and healthier.

Sunlight fights also glaucoma.

Further, sun baths stimulate nerve growth, and of all tissue as well.

Renewal of skin epiderm is lower.

While heat and dehydration favor deep vein thrombosis and lung emboli, sun baths counteract strongly this tendency.

Remember one thing: -Avoid sun burns by all means! (Melanoma risk!).
